Dear Turbo Air Partners, There are no adequate words for me to express my gratitude for the encouragement and support that have energized Turbo Air to rapidly grow during this period of economic difficulty. Based on our core belief that co-growth also needs to exist with our partners, we have contemplated and pondered about what we can do to help our partners stay competitive. In order for you to outperform your competition that may sell brands other than Turbo Air, we have decided to extend the invoice-based warranty period of all our refrigerators except a few products, retroactive as of December 1, 2012. Please peruse the following statement for your reference.
